ADJUSTABLE MUSEUM

 

We create an interpretation center with a permanent exhibition on the universe of dockworkers. Indeed in the student building on the island of Nantes it was discovered that it was a side very strict, very square, and we wanted to completely starting in the opposite direction by creating the curved walls.

- First of all because these curves we referred more the marine environment, including the waves.

- Therefore we decide to organize our museum around a central point round (which is the space video) and then broken the rigor of the building by this system of flexible partitions.

- The interior lighting is created through diodes suspended at the end of a steel cable of different lengths.

These lights are arranged in a random order to lose the viewer inside the museum

That brings a interest at the most by the spectator, it must really seek and understand the mechanisms of flexible plates to locate, move and discover new rooms
